CTAP Free Phone Program

CCATC is now a Demonstration Center for the: California Telephone Access Program

CTAP distributes specialized telecommunications equipment and services at no cost to Californians certified as having difficulty using the telephone.  To be eligible to receive equipment through this program, you must have telephone service at your residence and be certified as having one or more of the following disabilities (either temporarily or permanently):  deaf, hard of hearing, speech disabled, blind, or those who have low vision, cognitive impairments, or restricted mobility. CTAP is a state-mandated program.  Please call CCATC for an appointment to try out these free phones!  You can also visit the CTAP website at www.ddtp.org/CTAP
